Then further heating is carried out to make the surface more fused.
Cooling: After further heating, cool down to make the EPP particles bond and form. After forming, further cool down to make the temperature of the insulation box around 70 °C. Use the principle of thermal expansion and contraction to prepare for demolding.
Demolding: After spraying water to cool down, when the critical temperature is reached between the mold and the finished product, then perform the demolding operation.
Shaping and drying: Correct the shape and size of the insulation box.
