The EPP insulation box is prepared by processing and molding EPP particles. Fill EPP particles at the mold inlet. The EPP particles enter the mold downwind at high wind speed (it is necessary to make the air volume at the air outlet greater than that at the air inlet).
After the EPP particles are filled, seal the mold, and supplement it with high temperature and high pressure - 5 atmospheres to make air enter the particle raw material, and immediately unseal it as planned. Under high-intensity pressure, the EPP particle raw material suddenly foams and expands into the appearance of an EPP insulation box. After the insulation box is initially formed, the surface fusion fullness of the EPP foam beads should be further heated and then cooled to combine all the heated EPP particles to ensure the molding strength, flatness and smoothness.
After molding, it needs to be cooled by spraying cold water to control the temperature of the insulation box mold to 70 °C. Using the physical principle of thermal expansion and contraction of the adhesion between the mold and the EPP molded insulation box, make the molded insulation box shrink appropriately to facilitate the demolding preparation for the subsequent process.
After the insulation box is formed, after the molded product and the mold reach the demolding critical temperature, the staff can perform the demolding operation to separate the demolded EPP insulation box from the mold.
After demolding, the EPP insulation box still needs baking and micro-forming correction.
